amassing information, but in assessing it for relevance and credibility.
As you browse, examine sites critically:
- Are statements referenced?
- Do scientific results include statistics? Can you identify the
methods used?
- Does the .gov or .edu suffix lend credibility to scientific results?
To data interpretation? To policy recommendations? Does the .com suffix
connote biased analysis?
