Oceanography Personnel
Professional staff need to have performance evaluations conducted annually. The evaluations serve two purposes: 1) evaluations are a beneficial communication tool between employee and supervisor and 2) evaluations can be used as the basis for awarding other types of salary increases such as in-grade increases or grade-change increases should the freeze be lifted after February 19, 2010.
The first step of the review procedure is to complete a self-assessment using the attached form (see Assessment Form below) If you need a copy of your self-assessment from last year, please let Kittie know.
