Announcements:

  • Instructor evaluations will be on old fashioned paper (Oceanography still uses this as the default).
  • Student presentations are in lab during the final week. A schedule is here. There are alsoguidelines. Ideally I would like a volunteer to switch from Thursday PM to Tuesday PM to even things out but the schedule can work as is.
  • The final Wednesday class will be a review sessions for the final (2nd mid-term). A study list is available
  • Dropbox now accepting final N&V articles. These are nominally due on the last day of classes but I will take them as late as the end of finals week (either as a hardcopy or via the dropbox) - There is an updated rubric that will be used to grade the final version. I need you to return your edited draft with the final version - you could to bring it to the last lab or alternatively to the final.
